Garment factories safety request failiure

BANGLADESH – Over 70 per cent of Bangladesh apparel factories have failed to respond to a request for garment factory structural designs and soil test reports from the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) and Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters’ Association (BKMEA), after a deadline of May 30 was set by the trade bodies.
