Blue Competence logoFRANKFURT - Three leading German technology companies used Techtextil to outline how smart technology can be used to address key sustainability issues facing the textiles industry as part of the VDMA Blue Competence Sustainability Initiative. The initiative garners expertise from Germany's mechanical engineering sector to address issues such as cost reduction, resource efficiency and energy usage in the textiles industry.
