ARIZONA – Pest resistance to the most popular type of GM crops is on the increase, but not in areas where farmers are following current best practice advice by, for instance, planting ‘refuges’. That’s the conclusion of a comprehensive new review study carried out by US scientists on pest resistance to Bt corn and cotton.
