SPARTANBURG – Pre-consumer textile waste recycler, Martex, has acquired JBM Fibers, a shoddy (recycled fibre) manufacturing business based in Texas. The move is aimed at strengthening Martex’s position in textile recycling by diversifying into post-consumer shoddy manufacturing, while also broadening its product base and improving its access to recyclable raw materials.
