Cellulose fibres market set for growth

bambNEW YORK – A new report predicts that the global market for cellulose fibres will grow by almost ten per cent per annum in the next few years on the back of increasing demand for biodegradable, environmental and skin friendly fabrics from the textile industry. The report suggests the global market for cellulose fibres, valued at USD $12.63bn in 2011, will reach USD $24.17bn by 2018, growing 9.8 per cent annually from 2012-2018.
