WASHINGTON – Pesticide costs as a percentage of cotton production costs are declining while weed control costs are on the rise – possibly as a result of the widespread adoption of herbicide-tolerant, GM Roundup Ready and Roundup Ready Flex cotton. These are the main findings of the latest surveys from the International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC).
