FRANCE – Organic certification company Ecocert SA has finalised the acquisition of IMOswiss AG (Switzerland) and IMO Institut fu?r Marktökologie GmbH (Germany), which both certify to organic farming, organic textiles, aquaculture and the responsible forest management labels: FSC and PEFC. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed although the deal does not include other IMO companies affiliated in the IMOgroup AG.
