New child labour eradication promise

International Labour OrganisationBRASILIA – A new declaration to eradicate child labour has been signed by worker organisations, NGOs and government representatives at the Third Global Conference on Child Labour in Brazil last week, after International Labour Organisation general Guy Ryder told delegates, “We will not meet the 2016 target and that is a collective policy failure. We have to do better.”
