LONDON – The UK-based think tank for the fashion and textiles industries, texSture, and sustainability data consultancy SustainIT will collaborate on a series of free webinars which are set to discuss consumer demands, sustainability credentials and environmental tools including the Higg Index and Nike’s Materials Sustainability Index.
The theme of the series is ‘Marketability and data’, with ‘What do consumers really, really want?’ focusing on ‘the better consumer’ and good textile business decisions, and ‘Sustainability credentials’ looking at how company’s market leaders within the industry and apparel environmental impact assessment tool the Higg Index.
Each webinar will be held twice, with ‘What do consumers really, really want?’ to be held Tuesday 26 November at GMT 14:00 and again on Wednesday 4 December at GMT 14:00.
The ‘Sustainability credentials’ webinar is scheduled to take place in late January 2014.
