HONG KONG – Closing the loop, valuing natural capital and the need to improve cooperation between East and West were on the agenda at the recent Hong Kong Fashion Week. The EcoChic Award runway show and a Nordic exhibit put the spotlight on sustainable textile approaches in design, the Redress Forum highlighted recycling, while a presentation by the NICE Fashion initiative gave a decidedly international feel to the show.
