woolLONDON – The Campaign for Wool has stepped up its work in promoting the sustainable benefits of wool at a ceremony in London in which its Patron, The Prince of Wales, buried a wool sweater alongside a synthetic lookalike, both of which are to be dug up during Wool Week in four months' time. The ceremony was part of the Campaign's work in promoting the bio-degradable and natural flame resistance properties of wool and is part of broader, promotional activities the wool sector is carrying out as it looks to gain greater public recognition and understanding of wool’s sustainable credentials.
