ZURICH - Two companies have become the first in China and India to be awarded with the STeP environmental certification by Oeko-Tex, which promotes sustainable textile production. The approval of textile producer Guangdong Esquel in Southern China, and Indian fabric and yarn manufacturer Century Rayon highlights the certification’s global growth efforts.
