LONDON – The “multi-dimensional challenges of governance and corruption in the garment sector in Bangladesh” contributed to vulnerabilities that led to the Rana Plaza collapse last year, which killed more than 1100 garment workers, according to a new briefing on corruption risks in global supply chains from collaborative responsible supply chain platform Sedex Global.
