Greenshowroom posts major increase in visitors

BERLIN – The latest Greenshowroom and Ethical Fashion Show which ended this week in Germany has posted a 30 per cent increase in visitor and exhibitor numbers at its new location, the 'Postbahnhof'. Among the presenters at the show was the German Partnership for Sustainable Textiles, which is looking to drive social and environmental improvements in the global textile supply chain. The partnership now has more than 40 members, among them the Aid by Trade Foundation, Cotton Council International, GOTS and the Bremen Wool Exchange, which announced its decision to join the Alliance during this week's event. The Greenshowroom runs concurrently with the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin.
