Speaking at the ongoing Resource 2015 exhibition in London, Carmel McQuaid, head of sustainability for M&S’ Plan A initiative, and Per Stoltz, circular economy developer at IKEA, both agreed that trial-and-error experience has helped shift focus towards closing the loop at earlier stages of the supply chain – particularly in product design. Tommy Lee reports from London.
