Adidas sets new chemical management targets

HERZOGENAURACH – In a bid to improve the transparency of its textile supply chain, the adidas Group has completed the full screening of all the chemicals used in the production of its apparel products. It says that by the end of 2015, 50 per cent of all its dyes and 10 per cent of all auxiliary chemicals will be bluesign approved as it strives towards a ‘best in class’ approach to chemical management.
