AMSTERDAM – The Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Group has officially appointed Frank Michel as its first Executive Director. Michel, who brings in a broad range of chemical and product compliance experience working in consumer goods, will lead the recently established legal entity, which is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The aim of the ZDHC is to eliminate the use of hazardous chemicals in the textile supply chain by 2020.
