Unifi to expand Repreve plant

GREENSBORO – US yarn producer Unifi is to expand the production capacity of its recycled polyester brand, Repreve, in a move which will see 85,000 square feet added to its Repreve manufacturing facility in Yadkinville – representing a more than doubling in size of the plant. Work on the Yadkinville recycling centre is estimated to be finished in spring of 2016, and is being completed by North Carolina-based Omega Construction, Inc.
