ZDHC confident of achieving zero

AMSTERDAM - ZDHC Group executive director, Frank Michel, has expressed confidence that group signatories can achieve the zero discharge of hazardous chemicals by 2020 – however he accepts the goal is very ambitious and "might not be straightforward." Talking exclusively in the current edition of Ecotextile News, Michel pointed to the strides the ZDHC had made in the past year, including the rolling out of the Manufacturer's Restricted Substance List (MRSL) and the introduction of audit protocols.
