SEOUL – An NGO which is campaigning to end forced labour in Uzbekistan's cotton industry has questioned whether the South Korean government is fulfilling its duties as a member of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) after it refused to investigate Daewoo International, the multinational company that has admitted it uses forced labour cotton in its operations in Uzbekistan.
