CALIFORNIA – Outdoor brand Patagonia has partnered with chemicals business Archroma to launch a new denim collection which is said to use 84 per cent less water, 30 per cent less energy and 25 per cent less CO2 compared to conventional denim dyeing processes. Using 100 per cent organic cotton, Patagonia claims new collection will eliminate pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilisers from its denim production supply chain.
