VALENCIA - Spanish textile technology business Jeanologia will use this week's Denim by Première Vision show in Barcelona to present what it claims to be the first denim collection to be made without using potassium permanganate (PP) spray. Used as part of a process to help create localised 'used look' areas on jeans, PP spray can be harmful to worker health. Jeanalogia estimates that 2 million people continue to work with PP Spray.
