STOCKHOLM - H&M, the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) have launched an industrial relations project which aims to foster the development of a "socially sustainable textile and garment industry in Ethiopia," a fast-growing textile sourcing destination in which H&M has six supplier factories.
