PRATO – 20 companies based in one of Italy’s largest textile manufacturing districts have pledged their commitment to Greenpeace’s Detox campaign – a move which the NGO claims will “ripple throughout the global textile industry and encourage more manufacturers” to commit to removing potentially hazardous chemicals from their supply chains.
