DHAKA - More than 700 textile factories are a year or more late implementing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) as part of their agreement with the Accord on Fire and Building Safety in Bangladesh, with 331 factories more than 18 months late carrying out necessary remediation work to make their factories safe for workers.
