New storm brewing for wool?

SYDNEY – A group of Italian delegates at the 85th IWTO congress in Sydney, Australia presented a motion at the Head of Delegations meeting calling for immediate action regarding animal welfare and the introduction of a global standard. In light of Textile Exchange's impending launch of the Responsible Wool Standard, a new push from inside the industry could be seen as a means of countering outside interference.
