HO CHI MIHN - Inditex, the world's largest fashion retailer, recently met with unions officials in Vietnam to discuss the possible creation of a national Inditex trade union network. The Spanish company is working with Industriall Global Union on the creation of a global framework agreement (GFA) and the meeting brought together union leaders from the Southern provinces of Vietnam to discuss how to implement the existing GFA, and ensure that international labour standards are followed in the more than 100 Inditex suppliers and sub-contractors.
