Levi Strauss launches sustainable textiles fellowship programme

SAN FRANCISCO - Levi Strauss & Co has announced the launch of a new annual fellowship programme for socially and environmentally conscious entrepreneurs aimed at driving a more sustainable apparel industry. A first-of-its-kind fellowship programme, the curriculum has been designed by the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program. Levi Strauss says it wants to "bring together innovators, designers and bold thinkers who are working to advance sustainability in the apparel industry."
