HO CHI MINH - Vietnamese government officials have announced that the Thừa Thiên-Huế Province plans to spend around US$300 million in a bid to transform itself into a textile and garment hub over the next five years. The hub would cover 400ha in the Phong Điền Industrial Zone and government officials claim the province is currently conducting the research of modern wastewater treatment systems to protect the environment.
