LENZING - Speciality fibres business Lenzing has announced encouraging financial results for the first half of 2015, with a year on year increase in earnings of 8.3 per cent, based on largely similar production volumes. Higher fibre selling prices and a better production mix have contributed to the upturn, which comes at a time when Lenzing is set to launch a new generation of Tencel fibres which will use cotton fabric waste as a key raw material.
