Patagonia commits US$1m to environment campaign

CALIFORNIA - US outdoor apparel brand Patagonia has pledged US$1m to raise awareness about the environment as a prominent election issue and to support get-out-the-vote organisations. Vote Our Planet' is a nonpartisan environmental campaign which is encouraging Americans to put aside political partisan and simply elect officials and support referendums in favor of air, water and soil protection and conservation.
