SHANGHAI - The Textile Sustainable Manufacturing Coalition, which was set up in China in December 2015, says it now has 51 member companies and has set up a range of collaborations with a range of "similar minded" organisations within its first year. These include, the WWF, the ZDHC Group, China Dyeing and Printing Association, China Plastics Processing Industry Association, and the artificial leather industry group, among others. It's aim is to upgrade the transparency, management and sustainable development of the textile manufacturing industry in China at a time when growth in China's textile industry has softened.
