RIO DE JANEIRO - C&A and Malha, an independent sustainable fashion project, have announced a partnership which proposes new ways to organise, produce and consume fashion. The project has four fronts, with the first two dedicated to incubating new brands and developing an upcycling hub - in order to transform waste or pieces of clothing which would be discarded into new products - with inauguration scheduled for early 2017. The other two fronts include lectures, workshops and scholarships for Malha's fashion school.
