The market, not government, to drive safe chemistry

WASHINGTON - A leading global expert on chemicals regulation believes the de-regulatory environment of the Donald Trump administration does not necessarily represent a threat to safer chemistry in the textile industry, and suggested that consumer groups as well as large retailers such as Walmart and Target will continue to drive developments in safer chemistry.
