AMSTERDAM - New research from Greenpeace has examined the 'Detox' progress made by German retailers such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Kaufland, and Tchibo in meeting their targets for managing and eliminating potentially hazardous chemicals. The findings, according to Greenpeace, suggest significant progress has been made, although the direct action NGO suggests all the companies need to up their game in terms of moving towards closing the loop and thinking about product end of life issues.
