ZURICH – The European Outdoor Group has formed an Outdoor Industry Microfibre Consortium, in order to tackle synthetic microfibre aquatic pollution. While harmful to marine life, when polluted into the ocean, microfibres can enter the food chain, carrying hazardous chemicals with them.
