HAI DUONG – Protesters in Vietnam’s Hai Duong province have vowed to continue blocking the entrance to a textile factory that has apparently polluted local water supplies. The company has been told by local authorities to cease operations and relocate. Hong Kong textile firm Pacific Crystal own the factory in question, which has been claimed to have discharged black smoke into the atmosphere and caused water pollution.
