Second trial for worker’s rights project

AMSTERDAM – The Social and Labour Convergence Project (SLCP) has launched its second prototype for a converged assessment framework. The SLCP says it aims to move the apparel industry away from excessive audits to sustainable social and labour improvements. Currently, 160 signatories have added their names to the updated framework as it gears up to be piloted by over 175 facilities in 23 apparel producing countries.
