KPMG and Textile Exchange have released a new report, Threading the Needle: Weaving the Sustainable Development Goals into the Textile, Retail and Apparel Industry in order to build upon the body of work of both organizations in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 universally agreed global goals regarding social, environmental and economic targets to be achieved by each country by 2030.  The SDGs are expected to greatly influence corporate, philanthropic and government agendas for many years to come.
