ARTEIXO – Spanish retailer Inditex has today finalised a US$4 million multi-year agreement with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) through which it will pursue various research initiatives relating to the circular economy and the advance of sustainable technologies in the textiles industry.
The agreement has four focus areas, each of which will receive a share of the funding as the collaborators assess potential solutions for implementation across the supply chain.
