BARCELONA - “Whenever we’re developing a product now, we focus on its eco-credentials,” Sensient Color’s marketing manager Simon Daplyn told Ecotextile News, as we visited the Swiss-based company’s booth on the opening day of ITMA 2019.

The company placed a particular focus on the “sustainable digital inkjet technology” of its new Elvajet Coral water-based sublimation ink, which Sensient says requires just one litre of water in comparison to the 50 litres used as standard, along with 90 per cent lower CO2 emissions and 60 per cent less energy usage.
