NEW YORK – Walmart says it will reassess how it designs, develops and purchases clothing going forward as it expects the rise of ‘circularity’ and recommerce to become a much more important part of its business thanks to shifts in generational buying habits.

That was the key message from Liz Hershfield, Head of Product Development at Walmart ecommerce, speaking at FashionSustain at the ongoing Texworld USA event here in New York City.
