AUCKLAND - New Zealand fashion retailers Glassons and Hallenstein Brothers have introduced a whistleblower app to enable workers in supplier factories to report ethical breaches without fear of reprisal.

Parent company Hallenstein Glasson Holdings announced a successful pilot of the whistleblower app in its annual results.

The app provides workers with an anonymous communication channel to communicate concerns related to working conditions in the factories.
