SKELTON - Fabric manufacturer Texon has joined the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC) – the alliance for sustainable production in the apparel, footwear and textile industry.
Texon provides 'eco-friendly' materials used in shoes, clothing, luggage and handbags to brands including Adidas, Clarks, New Balance, Decathlon, Nike, VF Corp and Wolverine.
The company develops innovative, sustainable materials based on recycled fibre content and operates efficient production sites where waste is kept to a minimum.
