Location:  Germany.

15-25 hours per week initially

Leadership & Sustainability is a service and solution company in the area of sustainability – environment and social aspects. We serve customers globally on a diverse set of projects. We work in the wider apparel, footwear and textile sector and are based in Würzburg, Bavaria, in Germany.

This exciting position is an opportunity for someone with high demands and with extraordinary skills and interest in the area of sustainability. It is a distance work position. The candidate should have an excellent command of both English and German and should be based in Germany.

Are you passionate about sustainability?

• Do you have the ambition to help driving performance improvements and sustainability results?
• Are you independent and innovative?
• Are you committed to great quality and customer experience?
• Do you know a lot about sustainability in the apparel, footwear and textile sector?
• Do you have a large network in the sector and love to collaborate?
• Do you have a university degree (environment / sustainability / chemistry) and around 10 years of experience?
• Would you be inspired by joining a global, growing consulting business and help lead business development, projects and – most importantly – take great care of our clients?
• Would you prefer working part-time for a while and possibly increase to full-time later?

You are the right person for us!

This position includes:

• Work on client projects.
• Manage projects.
• Lead a team.
• Coordinate globally.
• Manage processes.
• Sell and do marketing.
• Support with business development.

We anticipate a time engagement of 15-25 hours a week, to begin with.
