SAN FRANCISCO – Customer service representatives working remotely for US apparel brand Everlane have accused the company of not providing the wages, healthcare and other benefits afforded to office staff.

The San Francisco-based firm, which has since 2010 looked to create a new industry benchmark for supply chain transparency, finds itself looking to quash a unionised movement from workers, scheduled purposely before Christmas, which demands better pay, a stable work curriculum and the perks entitled to in-house staff.
