DHAKA - Swedish fashion giant H&M is being held up as a positive example of buyer behaviour during the coronavirus pandemic by its suppliers in Bangladesh.

Many brands and retailers have been criticised for cancelling and delaying orders, or demanding discounts or deferred payments to accept them, during the COVID-29 crisis.

However, H&M, which sources more garments from Bangladesh than any other brand, has reportedly honoured its commitments by taking delivery of all finished products and paying for them in full and on time.
