DHAKA – Amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the OHS (Occupational health and safety) Initiative for Workers and Community is launching an emergency response project to support garment workers, their families and communities across the Bangladeshi capital of Dhaka.
The project, which will run through to November, will provide COVID-19 safety guidance, access to medical support and counselling, and essential items such as food and medical kits to those within the community.
