Reporting to the Director of Partner Sustainability, you will manage lululemon’s social compliance and impact programs in relationship with vendors and their subcontractors in China and Japan, to ensure our products are made in conditions that meet and exceed lululemon Vendor Code of Ethics (VCoE) requirements and Foreign Migrant Worker 2.0 Standard [Zero Fees]; empower the vendors to contribute to positive societal and business impact; and ensure our supply chain is agile and resilient. You will create management plan, track trends and legislation, monitor facilities track issues and develop recommendations; engage with lululemon’s cross functional business partners (e.g. production, quality), the vendor partners and deliver training to build capacity and consistency, ensure timely reporting, and contribute to team and function leadership. This role works to support lululemon’s commitment to conduct business with highest ethical and business standards.
