PHNOM PENH – Cambodia’s National Trade Unions Coalition (NTUC) has written to the country’s Ministry of Labour with recommendations on how best to address the ongoing plight of workers amidst the pandemic.

NTUC council chamber leader Ath Thorn says the letter enlists nine points of action which it hopes authorities can take to protect garment workers, amongst those in other disciplines, which continue to operate despite the ongoing health crisis.
